The Miracle Riders arrive in Fort Smith! | Sports & Recreation

Fort Smith, AR – The Miracle Riders will be cruising into Fort Smith, Arkansas on Saturday May 5th.

Businessman Scott Ressmeyer, native of Columbus, GA, launched the Ride for Miracles fundraising event in 2009. Ressmeyer and thirteen friends are riding across country, 48 states in 21 days, to raise awareness and funds for the needs and services supported by Children’s Miracle Network at the Medical Center. To date, The Ride for Miracles has raised more than $280,000 to purchase equipment at The Medical Center. 

The Fort Smith Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Holiday Inn City Center are pleased to welcome the riders to our city. The Miracle Riders will be staying overnight May 5th at the Holiday Inn City Center before continuing their journey onward.
