Laptime Storytime (0-24 Months)
A love of reading starts early … Laptime Storytime will be held at the Miller Branch of the Fort Smith Public Library on Monday, January 13, and again on Monday, January 27, at 10:30 AM. Babies and their caregivers are invited to join the Miller Branch Library for this special storytime geared toward children 0 to 24 months old. There will be rhymes, songs, simple stories, and lots of interactive fun! The storytime will last around twenty minutes, with time for casual interaction following the program. The Miller Branch Library is located at 8701 South 28th Street in Fort Smith. Movie Night: Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (PG)
The Fort Smith Public Library invites you and your family to Movie Night with the Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (PG) on Thursday, January 9th, at 6 PM at the Main Library. In this fantasy adventure, the son of Poseidon and his friends embark on a quest to the Sea of Monsters to find the mythical Golden Fleece while trying to stop an ancient evil from rising. Moviegoers are welcome to bring refreshments or pick something up at Dewey’s Café. The Fort Smith Public Library is located at 3201 Rogers Avenue. Dallas Branch Book Club Meeting
The Dallas Branch of the Fort Smith Public Library invites you to its book club on Friday, January 10, at 2 PM.
