Union Christian Receives $25,000 Technology Grant

Union Christian Academy in Fort Smith has received a $25,000 grant that will fund the purchase of iPads for its Senior High School students. The iPads will help move the school forward in its 21st century approach to learning by ensuring that all students have the necessary devices to support new approaches to instruction in the classroom.

Arkansas Tech-Ozark commencement, pinning ceremonies next week

OZARK – The Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus commencement ceremony will be held at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 11, in Tucker Coliseum at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville.

 

Also, the pinning ceremony for graduates of the practical nursing program will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 9, in the Arkansas Tech-Ozark Student Services Conference Center.

Immaculate Conception School will hold its annual Spring Festival on Friday, May 3rd, 2013 and Saturday, May 4th, 2013.
 
Festival hours are 5-11 pm on Friday, May 3rd, and 5- 11 pm on Saturday, May 4th, situated on the parking lots of Immaculate Conception Church.
